VIO University powered by MedSpa Network is our dedicated, in-person training event designed to strengthen the skills, leadership, and clinical knowledge that build thriving locations. It’s two days of learning, connection, clarity, and community. Across the weekend, you’ll hear directly from the VIO Med Spa and MedSpa Network team, industry experts, and clinical leaders who will walk you through proven strategies, best practices, and the standards that shape the VIO Med Spa brand.

MedSpa Network (MSN) is the clinical engine behind VIO University. Through MSN, VIO University gains:​

The VIO University sessions will be held on the 2nd level in the Bluewater and Gulf Stream AB meeting spaces at the Omni Fort Lauderdale. From the main lobby, take the elevators to Level 2 and follow VIO University signage. Registration will be located outside the meeting spaces. Please check in upon arrival to receive your name badge. Attendee badges must be worn at all times for access to all sessions. Sessions begin promptly each morning. Seating during sessions is reserved for registered attendees. The exhibit area is located adjacent to the meeting rooms. Wi-Fi details will be provided on-site.

  • Yes, this is an exclusive, free training for VIO. All you cover is airfare, hotel, and any additional expenses outside of what we are providing.

  • Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided on both training days.

  • No. This is a fully in-person experience.

  • Anytime. There’s no official programming until Saturday morning. For departure, sessions end at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
